Every Muuro lamp is printed to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting.

Production: 3 business days from order to packed box.
Transit: 5-7 business days, ground.
Free U.S. shipping on all orders 

Preorders and new releases run on their own timeline. the product page will tell you.

Tracking sends automatically the moment a label prints.

Returns

Thirty days from delivery. Unused, in original packaging. You don't need to give a reason.

We reuse packaging where we can. Box, inserts, paper. Sending it back intact keeps it out of a landfill.

Refunds go to your original payment method at the original price, processed within 7 days of arrival back to us. Return shipping is yours unless something went wrong on our end.

Final sale: custom colorways, one-offs, and anything marked as such on its product page.

Damaged or lost

If your lamp arrives cracked or never arrives at all, within 7 days of delivery. We'll reprint and reship it. No return required.
